Living in the US, we know what it's like having to choose between taking care of our bodies and minds or paying our bills on time as medical expenses continue to be a leading cause of bankruptcy.

For the children who have no say in the matter, their very lives depend on the charity and generosity of the society they live in. Extra Life is a program through Children's Miracle Network Hospitals that mobilizes passionate gamers to help treat sick and injured kids in their local communities by raising money year-round, culminating in a massive international day of play, Extra Life Game Day.
